CustomRP: all versions and old releases

- Fixed a possible crash when resetting corrupted settings.
- You can now change ID without disconnecting first, CustomRP will reconnect automatically on ID change.
- The maximum date you can set for a timestamp is now 16th November 5128 9:46:39am UTC (99999999999 in unix seconds) because anything after that results in a glitchy behavior with the time display.

Changes:
- Implemented better support for resolution scaling.
- Added tooltips to most of the text entry fields to show the content of them when it becomes too long.
- Changed an Information tooltip to be a balloon for better visibility.
- If an error happens during a manual update check, you will get a specific error message instead of "can't connect to the internet".

- Discord fixed their stuff, you can now add images again.

- Fixed "Wrong ID?" error, but...
- Adding images was temporarily disabled.
Discord is having a moment right now, and having images in your presence causes the whole presence to error out.
I will release an update unlocking the images when (or "if", but let's hope for a "when") Discord fixes the issue.

- Implemented a different method of opening URLs from the app.
If CustomRP ever crashed for you trying to open any link, this release should fix it.

- Fixed the app adding "https://" to empty URL fields.
