Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This page lists everything we store and why.

Browsing the site
Reading pages requires no account. Unless you agree to analytics (see below), we set no cookies and load no third-party scripts. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested address, browser identification) for security and error analysis. They are deleted after at most 14 days.
Requests pass through Cloudflare, which delivers cached pages and protects the site against attacks. Cloudflare processes your IP address for this purpose under its own privacy policy.
Analytics, only with your consent
On your first visit a banner asks whether we may use two analytics tools to learn which pages are read, how visitors find the site and which devices they use. Nothing is loaded until you click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set.
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, and Google LLC, USA) sets cookies whose names start with _ga and keeps them for at most 13 months. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation. Google may process the data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Moscow, Russia) sets cookies whose names start with _ym and keeps them for up to one year. It also records click maps and replays of page sessions (Webvisor); what you type into fields is not recorded. The data is processed on Yandex servers, also outside the European Union, in countries that may not offer the same level of data protection.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing removes the analytics cookies from your browser.
Downloads
When you click a download button, we count one download for that app and that day, and send you on to the publisher’s server. We do not record who clicked. From that moment the publisher’s own privacy policy applies.
Ratings, reviews and votes
When you rate an app, write a review or mark a review as helpful, we store the stars, the text, the name you typed (it can be a nickname), the page language and the time. To allow only one rating per app and to stop spam, we also store a one-way, salted hash computed from your IP address and browser identification. The IP address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash.
Reviews are checked by a person before they appear. Please do not put personal data such as e-mail addresses or phone numbers in a review.
Settings in your browser
If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, and so is your answer to the cookie banner. Neither leaves your device, and you can remove them by clearing the site data.
Legal basis and your rights
We process server logs and spam protection data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure site, analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and ratings and reviews because you choose to publish them. You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of the data concerning you, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to info@exeatlas.com; tell us the app and the approximate time of your rating or review so we can find it.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change the tools we use or what they collect, we will update this page first and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
