Release notes

The Task Board is now To-dos — and it can plan ahead: schedule a card to start on its own, or swap the whole page for a list. Agents can park work too: with your permission, they can save an automation or drop a to-do without leaving the conversation. This release also carries everything from 0.23.4, which never made it out.
New
- Schedule a to-do to start on its own. Pick a date and a time on any To do card; the task stays where it is until then and starts exactly as if you had pressed Start, with the folder's concurrency limit still deciding what actually launches. A time missed while the app was closed fires at the next launch, pressing Start yourself takes over from the plan, and cancelling a task clears it so a later requeue can't resurrect a forgotten time.
- Agents can create automations and to-dos from a conversation. Two new tools let an agent park work instead of only doing it: one saves an Automation (on a schedule or manual), the other queues a to-do card in the right project — worktrees resolve back to the repository they were cut from. Both are off by default under Settings → General → Create from chat, and switching one off stops even already-running sessions from using it.
- A list view for To-dos. One flat, freshest-first list carrying the same actions as the cards — shown as labelled icon buttons instead of hidden behind an overflow menu — plus a status filter that speaks the four column names. The board/list toggle and the settings entry now sit in the window's top-right cluster beside the gear, and your choice of view is remembered.
- Folder badges count what's running. The number beside a folder shows how many of its sessions are working right now — worktrees included — and disappears when none are.
Improved
- The Task Board is called To-dos. The page, the sidebar entry, the settings copy, and the tool description an agent reads all use the new name.
- Custom date ranges got a real calendar. Token Usage's custom range is one pill opening a two-month calendar anchored a month back, so the second pane isn't all-future and greyed out, and clicking into a finished range starts a new one rather than dragging whichever end you didn't touch. Scheduling a to-do uses the same calendar plus a clock, and it opens empty — a task that was never planned no longer looks planned.
- To-dos show a loading skeleton. While the first fetch is in flight the page draws the layout it's about to fill, instead of flashing "no tasks yet".
- The skill shortcuts sit still. The row under the quick actions no longer drifts on its own; an arrow at each end moves it, and each arrow is live exactly while there is somewhere left to go.
- A quieter folder list. The expand/collapse chevron only shows on hover — the folder icon already says whether it's open.
- The rotating tip has caught up. Twelve new tips cover To-dos, Automations, Token Usage, @ mentions, split tabs, worktrees, importing sessions, sub-agent runs, live feedback, Skill Packs, model providers, and backgrounds.
- Tapping Automations or To-dos closes the mobile sidebar, the same way tapping a conversation already did.
- The toolbar's "Process all" button is gone. Start a task from the card itself, or turn on "Process automatically" in Task settings to let a folder work through its to-dos up to the concurrency limit.
Fixed
- Forking no longer renames the conversations it splits. A fork used to lose its [Fork] marker — or quietly revert a conversation you had renamed back to its old name — the next time its details loaded, leaving both halves wearing the same title.
- Date ranges no longer land a day early. The usage range and a scheduled start now speak your local calendar days from end to end, instead of drifting a day for anyone west of Greenwich.
- Deleting a to-do that was just starting cleans up after itself. The delete and the start are now settled against each other, so a run can no longer slip through and leave its worktree and agent process behind.
- Card and row buttons stay buttons. Pressing Enter or Space on an action no longer also opens the task's detail sheet, and an archived task keeps its session viewer.
- A retried task starts from a clean slate. It no longer carries the result the previous run reported about itself.
- The Automations empty state is centered again. With nothing configured yet, the template gallery no longer hugs the left edge of the page.
