Fixed
- Running a code block from its first lines. Cmd/Ctrl+Enter typed a newline
instead of running when the caret sat near the top of a long block, because the
runner sits at the foot of the block and had not been rendered yet. The shortcut
now brings it into view and runs the block from anywhere inside it.
- secret: references inside tables. A reference in a table cell stayed plain
inline code — no mask, no reveal, no button to fill a missing value. Table cells
now render the same secret pill as the rest of the note, and it updates when the
vault is unlocked.
