Fixed
- The Camera/Mic/Location tab no longer reads the registry on the UI thread at startup. Its access history was loaded synchronously while the main window was being built, so the registry walk ran on every launch — even though most people never open the tab — and an unreadable or corrupt consent-store entry could surface as a startup failure. It now loads in the background like the other tabs (with a Cancel-able refresh) and a damaged entry is skipped instead of bubbling up.
