Release notes

[1.130.30] - 2026-10-21
Deep Cleanup, CLI Interface, Startup Manager and Speed Test say at the top what each tab does.
Fixed
- Deep Cleanup said nothing is deleted until you tick it, and every category with something in it arrives
ticked. Only the blue-screen memory dumps and Windows.old start unticked, so pressing Clean straight after a scan
deleted the rest, the Recycle Bin on every drive included. The text now says which categories start ticked and to
untick what you want to keep. Since 1.109.0.
- CLI Interface said it offers only read-only or non-destructive actions, and --cleanup deletes temporary files
for good without asking. The README's Scheduled Maintenance section said nothing destructive is automated, and
every scheduled run is --cleanup. Both now say what it deletes, its line in the command list says it deletes for
good and without asking, and the confirmation a schedule is saved through says what each run deletes, since that
is the only time you are asked. Since 1.49.0 for the tab and 1.50.0 for the README.
- Startup Manager told someone without administrator rights that changing startup entries needs them. Your own
start-up programs switch without them; only the ones set to start for everyone on the PC need administrator
rights, and the banner now says so. Since 1.43.0.
- Speed Test said it uses the Ookla test where it can and a plain download test otherwise. There are two tests,
each with its own Run button, and both measure download, upload and ping. The text now says so. Since 1.99.0.
Verify the download
Get-FileHash .\SysManager-v1.130.30.exe -Algorithm SHA256
Expected SHA256: 84728C297AAC6B21E9E315E6A3E8911CA8F48F50E5AA786266092ABD8FF9159A
This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:
gh attestation verify .\SysManager-v1.130.30.exe --repo laurentiu021/SystemManager
That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.130.30.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
