Release notes

Added
- Startup: "Remove N disabled". Beside "Remove N invalid", one click removes every Run value and Startup-folder shortcut you have switched off, as one Quarantine batch with one Undo. Undo brings each one back still switched off. Switched-off scheduled tasks, services and Store apps stay switches.
- Applications: hide programs from the list. "Hide from list" in a row's menu takes a program out of the rows, the count and the total, and remembers it across launches; nothing about the program changes. "Show hidden (N)" brings hidden programs back with a quiet Hidden badge and Unhide. Select all never ticks a hidden program.
- Properties. Hunter's result, and an Applications row's menu, open Windows' own Properties sheet for the program's executable: version, company, digital signatures, compatibility. In Applications the file is the program's main executable, found the same way its icon is. Only a full path to a file that exists is accepted.
- Size units. Settings → General chooses how every size is written: 1024-based KB/MB/GB like File Explorer (the default, unchanged), the same figures with their IEC names KiB/MiB/GiB, or 1000-based KB/MB/GB like a drive maker, so a 1 TB drive reads 1 TB. The label always goes with the arithmetic, and it applies everywhere at once: every screen, the tray tooltip, the low-disk notification and the command line. Only how numbers are written changes; the quarantine size cap stays 1024-based and its field says GiB wherever GB would mean something else.
- Windows tools. "Windows tools" beside the Dashboard heading opens Windows' own tools in one place, each with a line on what it is for: System Restore, System File Checker, DISM RestoreHealth, Check disk and Disk Cleanup; System Information, Event Viewer, Resource Monitor and DirectX diagnostics; System Properties, Services, Task Scheduler, Device Manager, Disk Management, Shared folders and Group Policy; Programs and Features and Windows features; Network connections and Flush DNS; Windows Security and the On-screen keyboard. Only the tools this PC has are listed (no Group Policy on Home). The repair commands open an elevated Command Prompt that stays open, after Windows' own administrator prompt, and say so with a shield before the click. The window sends only a tool's id; what runs comes from a fixed list.
- Install traces: export, import, back up all. In Install with monitoring, each recorded install has Export, and "Export all" writes every one to a single .prunetraces file (JSON with its format, version, export date and Prune version). "Import…" brings a file back, on this PC or another: the file is size-capped, its header and every trace in it are checked field by field, fields Prune never writes are dropped, paths stay local absolute paths kept as data, and each trace gets a fresh id. Traces already here (same program, same content) are skipped, and a toast says how many were imported, skipped and rejected. Imported traces link to this PC's programs the way new ones do, by the program's Add/Remove key, then by its name when the key differs; one whose program is not installed is kept and marked "Not installed here". An imported trace is not this PC's installer speaking, so when its program is uninstalled what it lists is rated on the scan's own evidence (likely for a name match, possible otherwise) rather than certain, and nothing is ticked on the file's say-so alone. Traces recorded here stay certain.
- Deep Clean: Junk files. "Junk files" beside the Deep Clean heading looks for leftover temporary files, caches and backups by name on the drives and folders you pick, using a pattern list you edit in Settings › Cleanup (with Reset to defaults): *.tmp, *.temp, ~*.*, *.~*, *.chk (only Check Disk's FILE0000.CHK fragments in FOUND.000), *.old, *.gid, *.dmp and thumbs.db, plus *.bak and *.log listed but off. Patterns that would match every file, name programs or libraries, or reach desktop.ini are refused with the reason. Results stream in grouped by pattern, with size, date and an Open folder button; only scratch files and caches that rebuild themselves start ticked. The walk runs on Deep Clean's worker thread, Stop works mid-scan, and it never offers anything in Windows, Program Files, another installed program's folder, a Windows rollback folder, a program or system file, a file changed in the last 24 hours or anything you excluded; what it left alone is counted. Remove takes the ticked files as one Quarantine batch with Undo, or the Recycle Bin or Delete now if Settings says so, and checks every file again first.

Security
- body-parser 1.20.9 (through express), for an advisory about trailing bytes after a compressed request body. Prune's backend only listens on 127.0.0.1 behind its Host check, but the fix ships anyway.
