PhraseVault is an easy-to-use text expander and snippet manager that helps you stop retyping the same emails and text blocks. Store and insert frequently used phrases, email templates, AI prompts, and code snippets across many of your apps.
Press Ctrl+. (or Cmd+. on macOS), search phrase names and unprotected contents without knowing the exact name, then press Enter to paste. Works with Word, Gmail, VS Code, ChatGPT, and more.
Protect selected phrase contents with a PIN. Unlock them when needed, then lock them manually or after a set time. Phrase names stay visible.
Works offline with local SQLite storage. No PhraseVault cloud, no PhraseVault account, no telemetry. You can keep the database file in a folder your own cloud-sync service manages. Activate a PV- license key in Settings; verification happens on your device, without online activation.
Source code is available to customers on request under NDA; not open source. Seven UI languages, including Japanese. One-time payment, 14-day trial.
