Release notes

Fixes
- Quitting or restarting LeopardWM no longer takes about 5 extra seconds.
- Firefox reopened after closing maximized now settles into its tile with its startup placeholder enabled. Releasing the launch key or moving the mouse no longer stops LeopardWM from undoing Firefox's startup maximize, so users no longer need to turn off browser.startup.preXulSkeletonUI. (#104)
- Workspace scrolling is smoother and more even in both directions. Slow-redrawing apps such as Zen Browser now slide in step with other windows instead of trailing behind and jumping into place. Tab bars, the focus border and the tray no longer hold up each animation frame, and each frame waits briefly for windows that apply moves slowly.
- Shortcuts that use Alt without Ctrl, such as Alt+J, no longer leave the focused app's menu bar active after they fire. LeopardWM now taps an unused key before Alt is released, the same way it already taps Ctrl to keep Win shortcuts from opening Start. (#145)
- Windows whose apps never apply queued moves, such as Wargaming Game Center, no longer stay out of their tiles after windows scroll or resize. LeopardWM now re-checks them and moves them back into their tiles within about a second.
- These windows now slide with the other windows during scrolls instead of jumping into place afterwards. The daemon log now names each window LeopardWM starts moving this way.
- A window on another workspace that moves itself back on screen, such as Zen Browser, is now moved off screen again. Previously it stayed visible over the current workspace until you switched workspaces.
- Consuming a window into the focused column (Ctrl+Alt+, and Ctrl+Alt+.) no longer pulls in a minimized window. It now takes the nearest non-minimized window and leaves minimized windows where they are.
- Apps launched on an empty workspace, and launchers dismissed there, keep you on that workspace again, and the empty workspace no longer adds a blank Alt+Tab entry. The 0.3.1 change meant to hide LeopardWM's invisible focus window from Alt+Tab didn't hide it, and it made Windows skip that window when choosing the next window to activate. (#136)
- Moving columns (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L) or windows (Ctrl+Alt+[ and Ctrl+Alt+]) no longer appears stuck behind minimized windows. These moves now skip columns containing only minimized windows and use the nearest visible neighbour.
- Moving a window up or down (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+K and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+J) on a workspace with no tiled windows no longer crashes LeopardWM. A tabbed column also now shows the focused tab after a window or column is removed from it. (#147)
