herdr: all versions and old releases

The runtime your coding agents live on. It holds real terminals open on your laptop, your desktop or a box you rent, so the work survives the lid closing and you can attach again from anything with a keyboard.

Release notes
This is a hotfix release for v0.9.4. See the v0.9.4 notes for the full feature release: https://github.com/herdrdev/herdr/releases/tag/v0.9.4
Fixed
- Prefix shortcuts work again when the terminal sends the next key as plain text. This affected Tern, Chinese, Japanese and Korean input methods on macOS, and Ghostty text: keybinds that send the prefix and a key together. Workspace navigation had the same problem. (#5255)
- Codex sessions no longer start with a "clamping Interrupt hook timeout" warning. Herdr no longer installs Codex turn hooks, and Codex status comes from screen detection again. Run herdr integration install codex to update. (#5246, #5278)
- Claude Code questions show as blocked in named sessions. (#4573, #5192)
- On Windows, plugin panes start even when a folder on PATH has the same name as the plugin's program. (#5267, #5269, thanks @JJLiebig)
- On Windows, Claude Code session tracking works when the user folder name contains non-ASCII characters, such as Korean. (#5253, #5270, thanks @JJLiebig)
- Adding a Windows machine no longer prints raw PowerShell progress output. (#4639, #5282, thanks @JJLiebig)
