Download herdr-core 0.1.17 for Windows

A terminal runtime for coding agents: hc runs programs in terminals that stay alive, lets agents start and steer other agents, and lets you attach to any of them.

herdr-core (`hc`) runs programs and coding agents in terminals that stay alive after you leave. Agents can start other agents, send them work, and hear back; you can attach to any terminal and take over. Core draws nothing, so use it from your shell, an agent, or your own app. Every program runs in a terminal that lives in herdr-core, not in a window. Close the app, quit your terminal, or update either one: the program keeps going, and you attach to it again where it left off with `hc run`, `hc ls`, `hc attach`, and `hc read`. Helpers live under the agent that started them, report back when they are done, and stop when it stops. Add a server, a VM, or another laptop over SSH and its terminals join the same list, so you run things there the same way. A terminal's status (working, done, needs you) is what its program reports through OSC 7501, the open Program Status Protocol; nothing is scraped or guessed. `hc schema` prints the API as OpenRPC, with streams and events for live updates, so a phone app, an editor panel, or a Stream Deck can be built on the same runtime the Herdr app uses.
