Changed
- Agent Merge's automated reply byline is now a compact subscript line instead of a note callout.
- An empty right panel now shows a launcher list for Changes, Browser, Terminal, Files, and Canvas instead of an empty tab bar.
- Clarified the descriptions for Auto's Efficiency, Balance, and Intelligence tiers in the model picker.
- Cross-session messages now show the destination session's title and an accurate sending/failure status instead of a generic label while delivery is in progress.
- Long session names in the sidebar now scroll into view on hover or keyboard focus so you can read the full name, and pull request numbers no longer appear inline in sidebar rows.
- Renamed the "Move to..." submenu to "Section" in the sidebar's session and quick chat context menus.
- Slowed down the scrolling animation for overflowing session names in the sidebar so they're easier to read on hover.
- The "/autopilot" command now sets a persistent objective, just like "/goal", instead of only switching the session mode.
- The session utility rail now shows three items per section before revealing more, so more sections fit on screen at once.
- The side rail toggle button now uses a dedicated icon instead of the generic settings icon.
- Website fetch tool calls now show the site's favicon, page title, and root website.

Fixed
- Added a Retry button when an item's details fail to load in the standalone detail pane.
- Fixed a failure to submit pull request reviews that include many inline comments.
- Fixed a pending question sometimes becoming stuck after the app's backend process restarted.
- Fixed a rare issue where messages sent to a session could be silently lost if the session became idle before they were processed.
- Fixed Agency mode and related opt-in settings sometimes staying disabled even after being turned on.
- Fixed an issue where opening and closing a dialog such as Publish to GitHub could permanently stop an in-progress assistant reply from streaming.
- Fixed collection sessions dropping member repositories whose default branch differed from the collection's configured branch, and made retrying a failed collection session preserve each member's previously chosen path, branch, and checkout mode.
- Fixed conversation content showing through the interrupted-session banner.
- Fixed conversation entries for messages sent to My Copilot showing the stored chat title instead of "My Copilot".
- Fixed crashes caused by malformed or stale saved data in the spreadsheet viewer, code editor, cloud workflow triggers, and remote environment list.
- Fixed focus jumping away from a plan review's action buttons or feedback text when another plan review arrived at the same time.
- Fixed inconsistent button sizing in the plugin uninstall confirmation dialog
- Fixed inconsistent spacing and alignment of the change count next to the Changes label in the session panel.
- Fixed selecting a custom agent from a plugin sometimes failing with a "Custom agent not found" error.
- Fixed switching back to a terminal tab that had been open for a while sometimes showing a blank canvas for over a second before its output returned.
- Fixed the "No sessions yet" placeholder in empty custom sidebar sections so it aligns with the section heading instead of appearing indented like a session row.
- Fixed the browser preview on macOS so pages can enter fullscreen and print their content.
- Fixed the conversation transcript freezing and jumping to catch up while scrolling during periods of heavy activity.
- Fixed the file tree flickering and losing its place while an agent was actively writing files.
- Fixed the model picker becoming incorrectly disabled after starting a new chat with Auto selected, and removed a redundant locked environment badge shown for local-only chats.
- Fixed the pull request merge status incorrectly showing required checks as blocked when an optional check failed or a required check was still running.
- Fixed the recommended Power BI MCP server URL so it points to the correct endpoint.
- Fixed the repository Issues and Pull requests filter incorrectly showing 'Discard changes' when it hadn't been modified.
- Fixed the workspace tab strip's close buttons being incorrectly exposed to screen readers as part of the tab list.
- Grouped agent messages in the conversation now show a readable label instead of an internal tool name.
- Holding down a key on macOS now repeats the keystroke instead of showing the accent character picker.
- Images attached to prompts no longer appear as artifacts in the artifacts pill, utility rail, or artifact browser.
- Read agent activity rows no longer expose a raw agent ID when clicked.
- Removed Plan from the empty right panel's quick launcher for project-less chat sessions; Plan is still available from the Add tab menu.
- Repository rows in the sidebar now use the default cursor instead of a pointer cursor, unless the pointer-on-hover accessibility setting is enabled.
- The canvas folder view now updates to reflect files that are created, renamed, or deleted outside the app while the tree is open.
