- Free canvas layout: terminals are now flat top-level ReactFlow nodes that can be freely positioned, replacing the nested project/worktree containers

- Auto-placement for newly created terminals so they land in a free spot on the canvas

Fixed
- Popovers (canvas right-click menu, cluster dropdown) no longer stay stuck open: dismiss listeners now run in the capture phase so React Flow's stopPropagation can't swallow them
- Cluster toolbar now positions itself below the toolbar and respects the right-panel inset
- Terminal tile border restored after the free-canvas flatten refactor
- Session panel now shows projects and worktrees that have no terminals
- Cluster toolbar gained Escape-to-close support
