- Free canvas layout: terminals are now flat top-level ReactFlow nodes that can be freely positioned, replacing the nested project/worktree containers
- Clustering toolbar with rule picker (by project / worktree / type / status / custom tag) and an undo for the last cluster
- Custom Tags… popover on each terminal for managing user tags
- Auto-placement for newly created terminals so they land in a free spot on the canvas
- Collision resolver to nudge tiles apart when they overlap (also applied when unstashing)

- Terminal tile border restored after the free-canvas flatten refactor
- Session panel now shows projects and worktrees that have no terminals
- Cluster toolbar gained Escape-to-close support
