- Updater: blockmap-based differential downloads for macOS — subsequent updates now download only changed blocks (~3-5 MB) instead of the full ZIP (~120 MB), with automatic fallback to full download on failure
- Hydra: hydra spawn --role <name> dispatches any role (not just dev) into an isolated terminal
- Hydra: hydra scan convenience command — spawns a janitor role for codebase entropy scanning

- Updater: skip directly to the latest version instead of updating through every intermediate release
- Updater: preserve pending update when offline so users can still install an already-downloaded version

- Canvas: main worktree is no longer dropped when project scanner syncs worktree list
- CI: macOS ZIPs are re-compressed with rezip-electron for efficient differential updates; latest-mac.yml hashes are recomputed after optimization
