- Updater: blockmap-based differential downloads for macOS — subsequent updates now download only changed blocks (~3-5 MB) instead of the full ZIP (~120 MB), with automatic fallback to full download on failure
- Hydra: hydra spawn --role <name> dispatches any role (not just dev) into an isolated terminal
- Hydra: hydra scan convenience command — spawns a janitor role for codebase entropy scanning
