Notes de la versió

### Added

• **New group chat, and who a group message goes to.** The Bots page's "+"
now offers New group chat:a name and the bots of one workspace. A
group's name opens its settings to rename it, change its bots or delete
it (its messages stay saved). Above a group's message box, "To:everyone"
opens a checkbox per bot to send to some of them only; typing `@Name`
ticks that bot, and the choice resets after each message. After Add team,
one click makes a group chat with the new team. (#2224)

• **Change a bot's repository from its profile.** The Repository line has
Change, which uses the same folder picker as Add bot and checks the folder
the same way:the folder's origin must name an owner/repo, and a workspace
keeps one repository. Before, the repository a bot was created with could
not be changed. (#2227)

• **Window glass on macOS, with Off, Soft and Clear.** The window frame and
sidebar let the desktop show through in every theme, dark or light. Pick
how much in Settings › Appearance › Window glass; the terminal stays
opaque. (#2233)

• **Settings › Bots shows how much space bot task folders use, with a "Clean up now" button.** It applies the same rules to every bot task that has already ended, and says what it removed, what it kept because of uncommitted changes, and what is still in use. (#2234)

• **The phone can tell a bot's worker workspace from an ordinary one.** The desktop shows a factory bot's worker workspaces only on its Bots page, but the phone API still listed their panes as plain top-level workspaces, so the phone's Fleet counted rows the desktop hides. `GET /api/workspaces` rows and `GET /api/sessions` rows of such a workspace now carry an optional `botWorker:{ botId, taskId? }`. The rows are still listed, and nothing is removed or renamed. (#2250)

### Changed

• **A bot's private chat and the workspace room are separate.** What you say
to a bot in its chat, its answers, its greeting and the work it starts
there stay in that chat; the room shows only what is said in the room.
Before, the private chat was a view of the room, so the two mirrored each
other. Group chats are the ones you make (see below). Messages from the
phone to its bot land in that bot's chat too. (#2217)

• **The Bots item appears in the sidebar only after you turn bots on in
Settings.** Settings › Bots' switch now says that turning it on adds Bots to
the sidebar, and the item shows up right away. Turning the bots off while the
Bots page is open goes back to Workspaces, and the Bots shortcut and command
open Settings › Bots while they are off. (#2220)

• **Group chats are yours to make; a workspace no longer gets a room by
itself.** A group chat is a name and two or more bots of one workspace.
A message in it goes to every bot in it, or only to the bots you pick, and
a bot that has not spoken there yet introduces itself when it answers.
Before, a workspace with two or more bots showed a room on its own, and a
message to a room with a lead went to the lead alone. A room you had
written in becomes a group chat named after its workspace, with its
messages kept. (#2223)

• **Turning "Run bots" off now stops the bots' running work.** Before, off only paused:no new turn or worker started, but what was already running kept going. Now the switch is written first, so nothing new launches, and then the same stop as Stop all runs. Running turns end, open bot tasks are cancelled as "stopped by owner", running gates are cancelled, workers' processes are stopped, and routines are paused. While bots stay off, a worker launch that was already under way is stopped as soon as it registers. Nothing is deleted: worktrees, branches, scratch folders, logs and conversations stay. Turning bots on again reopens nothing. (#2226)

• **The agent bar is shorter:Files, Snippets, Rich Input, Schedule and
Multi Task.** Files now opens and closes the file tree column, and the
titlebar's file tree icon is gone. The file tree header has its own close
button. (#2229)

• **Settings reads calmer.** Row titles are no longer bold, descriptions are
smaller, the page title is larger, and switches and selects are more
compact. The selected tab no longer has an accent bar on its edge. (#2230)

• **wmux's own themes lead the theme picker.** Settings › Appearance lists
Tint, Zinc, Graphite, Paper and Amber Line first, and every other theme
under a "More themes" heading. (#2230)

• **The workspace area fills the window on macOS.** The panel no longer
leaves a margin on the right and bottom, and the panes meet the sidebar
with a rounded edge and a thin line. (#2233)

• **Bots have characters now.** A bot without its own picture is one of
eight Mochi characters, picked by its identity colour, so the bots in a
group never look alike. They breathe and blink at rest and hop while the
bot is working. Small avatars only blink, avatars off screen are paused,
and the system's reduce-motion setting stops all of it. A picture you set
for a bot still replaces its character. (#2235)

• **An ended bot task's folder is removed when nothing in it is uncommitted.** When a bot task finishes, is cancelled or fails, its worktree is removed with `git worktree remove` once no pane, process or gate is using it. A research task's scratch folder is removed the same way, and its report stays in the chat and the task ledger. The branch is kept. A worktree with uncommitted changes is never removed automatically; the task shows "Folder kept:uncommitted changes". Resuming the task's worker, whether you press Resume or the bot calls `worker_resume`, first puts the folder back at the same path, so Claude Code continues the same conversation there. Only bot tasks' own folders are touched. Your fan-outs, phone worktrees and worktrees you made yourself are left alone. (#2234)

• **Idle panes give their scrollback memory back.** An open pane that has
printed nothing for 24 hours, has no agent or command running, and that no
one is looking at (on the desk, the web or the phone) now has its scrollback
moved to the recovery file the daemon already keeps for it, and the memory
is freed. The shell keeps running. The scrollback comes back as soon as
anything reads it or the pane prints again, with nothing lost or repeated.
Before, every open pane held its full scrollback buffer (8 MB by default)
in memory for as long as it stayed open. Set
`session.hibernateIdleHours` in the daemon's `config.json` to change the
window, or `0` to turn it off. `wmux doctor --performance` reports how many
panes are hibernated and how much memory that freed. (#2249)

### Removed

• **Attach, Broadcast and New chat are no longer on the agent bar**, and the
New-conversation command setting is gone. Drop a file on a terminal or use
the file tree's *Insert path* instead of Attach, use Multi Task for parallel
work, and type `/clear` for a new conversation. (#2229)

### Fixed

• **A terminal no longer changes its letter and line spacing just after a
workspace switch.** Before, at display scaling such as 150 %, it first
showed with wider spacing and then tightened a moment later. (#2212)

• **OpenCode 2.x reports turn ends and approvals again.** OpenCode 2.x refused
to load the wmux lifecycle plugin, so wmux never learned that an OpenCode 2.x
turn had finished or was waiting for an approval or a question. The plugin now
loads on OpenCode 1.4+ and 2.x alike. In OpenCode 2.x's shared background
service, signals are routed by the session's directory:two OpenCode panes in
the same directory cannot be told apart there, and `opencode --standalone`
restores exact pane routing. wmux replaces the installed copy the next time it
starts, and OpenCode 2.x's service reloads it by itself. (#2215)

• **Typing `@Name` in a bots room sends the message to that bot.** An `@` and
the name of one of the room's bots anywhere in the message now addresses
that bot, as a picked chip does; before, only a name at the very start of
the message did, so `@대장` later in a sentence went to the room's default
addressee instead. Typing `@` also suggests the room's bots:Enter, Tab or
a click puts the name in. (#2216)

• **A bot whose turn cannot reach its wmux tools now shows an error.** Before
this fix, a bot's model could call its tools by their short names
(`room_post` instead of the real tool name). Every call failed, yet the
turn ended as done, so a request handed to that bot stopped without any
sign. Bots are now told the exact names of their tools. A turn that
reaches none of them, or a bot whose wmux tools did not load, is retried
once. If the retry also fails, the bot shows the error and the room gets
a "hit an error" card.

• **Bot workers no longer wait for agent slots that nothing is using.** "Agents running at once" used to count every open task, including the owner's own fan-outs, tasks whose worker had long gone and test leftovers, so bot workers could wait 30 minutes and be cancelled without ever starting. Only bot workers that still run now count. The waiting card says the worker has not started and names what holds the slots, and a bot told its worker budget is full is told which of its workers are only waiting (#2219).

• **A network hiccup no longer parks a bot.** A turn that fails because the API server cannot be reached, the connection drops or the server is overloaded now runs again by itself after a short, growing wait, without spending the bot's turns. Only if that keeps failing for about 45 minutes does the bot stop and wait for you (#2219).

• **A bot that called its tools by the wrong names starts over cleanly.** Its retry used to resume the same conversation, which was full of the failed calls, and failed the same way. The retry now starts a fresh conversation (#2219).

• **The coordinator checks an issue before handing it out.** It reads whether the issue or pull request is still op
