Notes de la versió

### Added

• **Releases now include a headless wmux for Linux hosts.** Each release
publishes `wmux-server-<version>-linux-x64.tar.gz` and `-linux-arm64.tar.gz`.
Each one bundles its own Node, so it runs on a Linux machine without root or
a system Node and puts the daemon and `wmux web` in `~/.wmux/runtime`. The
desktop app ships with the hashes of both files, so the upcoming "Add PC over
SSH" can verify what it installs. To install it by hand, see
`docs/how-to/install-wmux-server-manually.md`.

• **`wmux web pair`.** `wmux web pair --name <device> [--kind desktop|phone]
[--json]` starts a pairing on the web server that is already running and
prints its code, port and input grant. It never restarts the server, so
devices that are already paired stay paired, and it never prints the access
token. A computer paired with `--kind desktop` may also open new workspaces
on that host. Phones never can.

• **`wmux daemon status --json` reports more.** It now includes the daemon's
release version, how many panes are running, and whether the web server is
on (with its port and input grant).

• **Add a PC over SSH.** "Add PC over SSH…" in the computer switcher (and
from Connect a PC) lists the hosts in your `~/.ssh/config`, or takes
`user@host`, and does the rest:it installs the wmux server on that Linux
computer (checked against this app build), starts `wmux web` on loopback,
pairs this computer and adds it to the switcher, all over your own ssh with
your keys or agent. Before, a headless Linux box had to be set up and
paired by hand. wmux keeps one SSH connection open to the host while it is
paired and sends nothing until that connection is up and the host is the
one you confirmed. If the server there stopped while idle, wmux starts it
again, on the same port and settings, the next time it connects. When the
host's identity changes, "Check SSH connection…" shows
what changed and asks before trusting it again. Password prompts are never
answered for you:run `ssh <host>` once in a terminal first. (#2176)

• **Keep the daemon running on a Linux server.** `wmux daemon install-service`
sets up a systemd user service so the wmux daemon starts at boot and keeps
running after you log out of SSH. It never stops a daemon that is already
running, and it never runs sudo. If your account needs lingering, it prints
the one command to run. `wmux daemon uninstall-service` removes it and leaves
the running daemon alone. On macOS, or without systemd, it prints the command
to run under your own supervisor instead.

• Add PC over SSH:an opt-in **Start after reboot** checkbox installs the wmux daemon on that computer as a login service (Linux with systemd), and the PC switcher's host settings get a matching on/off. The dialog says plainly when the host cannot run it, or when linger is off and shows the one `sudo` command to run there.

• **New workspaces on a computer added over SSH.** With that computer selected
in the PC switcher, the sidebar's `+` (and the collapsed rail's) now opens a
new workspace on that computer, with a shell running there, and shows it in
its list. It appears only for computers that let this desktop create
workspaces; other paired computers still have no `+`.

• **Your lead bot can run a relay.** When the coordinator hands work to a bot, it can name the bots that follow — say research, then build, then triage — and wmux passes each result straight on. The coordinator hears back once, with the final result or why the relay stopped. The work runs in its own thread, and General gets one "Finished" or "Stopped" card under your message that opens it. (#2193)

• **Add a whole team at once.** "Add team" on the Bots page adds a lead and four role bots — research, build, triage and review — to the current workspace. Only the lead greets you; in that room the composer shows you're talking to the lead, and the others join when it hands them work or you @mention them. If you haven't pinned a bot for the phone, the new lead becomes the one your phone talks to. (#2195)

• **Connections for bots' workers.** Settings › Bots › Connections holds MCP servers you define once — for every bot, or the bots you pick — and a bot's profile lists the ones that apply to it, with a switch to turn an every-bot connection off for that bot alone. Presets for GitHub and local files start read-only, with their write tools blocked; a custom connection allows only the tools you list. A connection's keys are stored encrypted with your other bot keys, and a bot cannot hand them to a worker on its own. (#2205)

• **Choose what a bot's workers run on:Claude Code or Codex.** A bot's
profile now has a "Workers run on" setting, with an optional model and
effort. Every task the bot fans out runs on that engine, under the same
worker guard; before, a bot's workers always ran on Claude Code. Codex
workers are not available on Windows yet:the profile shows them as
unavailable there, and choosing Codex is refused with the reason. (#2206)

• **Turning bots on now asks you to confirm that bots run on your own Claude plan.** Each bot thinks with the Claude Agent SDK on this computer's Claude Code sign-in and its workers run your own Claude Code, so their usage counts toward your plan's limits. If your bots were already on, the Bots page asks once, and you can keep them on or turn them off. (#2208)

• **Bots' workers use their connections.** A bot can give a task the connections that apply to it, and the Claude worker it starts loads them, with the tool rules you set:blocked tools stay blocked, and a custom connection runs only the tools you listed, even when the worker skips permission prompts. A connection's keys reach only that task's worker. A task with connections is treated like a task with keys: it does not merge on its own. (#2209)

• **Bots' Codex workers use their connections too.** When a bot's workers run on Codex, a task's connections reach them with the same tool rules as on Claude Code. Codex sends a Bearer key only in the Authorization header and does not reach SSE servers, so a task with such a connection is refused for Codex workers. (#2210)

• **A protected pane shows the sites it recently blocked, with an Allow for each.**
In "Only these sites" mode a page that needs a host you did not list (sign-in,
a CDN, an API) used to fail with Chrome's generic connection error and no hint
why. Browser protection now lists the hosts the pane's Chrome was refused since
it started or the protection last changed, and Allow adds one to that pane's
allowed sites at once. The list is the operator's alone:agents still get
`policy_denied` and cannot read it or allow hosts. (#2063)

### Changed

• **Panes opened from another computer survive the night.** A pane created
through the web API (a phone or a paired computer) used to be closed after
8 hours with no client attached and no output, so a shell left on a remote
host overnight was gone in the morning. Those panes now stay for up to a week
of silence, across daemon restarts, and are still closed when you close them.

• **"Add PC over SSH" now supports older Linux hosts.** The headless server it
installs needed glibc 2.34, so Ubuntu 20.04, Debian 11 and RHEL 8 machines
were refused. It now runs on glibc 2.28 and newer, on both x64 and arm64.

• **Bots start with a name and a hello.** An empty Bots page asks for your first bot's name; Start turns bots on, adds it to the current workspace and opens its chat, where it greets you. No bots or HQ workspace are made for you any more:the Moa and Lead bots an earlier update created are removed when you never dealt with them (a backup is kept), and a former HQ workspace is an ordinary one. If Claude isn't signed in, the panel offers Log in to Claude. (#2187)

• **Bot chats read like a messenger.** Bots on the left, you on the right, each bot with its own colour and shape, date separators, PR and issue chips, and a rounded composer. A finished task's answer shows in the chat, and a thread opens beside it with its whole history. (#2187)

• **A bot's workers are listed under it.** Like a workspace's tasks in the Sidebar:state, title, branch and changes. Clicking one opens its terminal beside the chat on the Bots page, without switching workspaces; bot workers no longer crowd the Sidebar, Fleet or Missions. The room panel on the right side of the window is gone — the Bots page is the one place for bot conversations. (#2187)

• **A room with a lead bot talks to it.** In a workspace room that has a coordinator bot, a message you post without @mentioning anyone goes to the coordinator alone; the other bots join when you @mention them or the coordinator hands them work. Rooms without a coordinator work as before. (#2189)

• **The coordinator leads its room.** In a workspace with a coordinator bot, results and requests with no other addressee go to it, and a job it hands to another bot stays connected after that bot passes the work to a worker — the answer comes back to whoever asked instead of starting over. (#2191)

• Internal:the Token usage Custom tab's MCP server list and wmux tools list now render their tool rows with one shared `McpToolRow` (and one switch-or-state toggle), instead of two copies. Golden HTML tests pin both lists first; what the tab shows is unchanged. (#2192)

• **Bots know their team.** Each bot now sees every bot in its room with its role and job, and the role templates follow the team flow:the coordinator plans the request and names who follows, the others pass their result on when asked and otherwise answer whoever asked. The coordinator no longer talks about Moa. (#2194)

• **Bot workers publish their work through wmux.** A bot's worker no longer runs `git push` itself; wmux pushes the worker's own task branch for it — only to the bot's repository, never to the default branch, never with force — and refuses when the repository's git settings w
