A smoothness release: fewer freezes, a friendlier touch interface, and a new windowing layer (SDL3) underneath on every platform.

- Drag and drop: drop a project file on the window to open it in its own tab, or drop STEP, IGES, BREP, SVG, DXF, STL and image files to import them

- Push/Pull on complex sketches no longer freezes, and a large cut that took over five minutes now takes about a second and gives the correct result
