- Plan progress keeps updating while the turn is still working. Later steps still arrive after the prompt finishes but tools keep running. (#1266)

- Move chats between projects (#616): Sidebar menu, multi-select, and drag-and-drop can place a chat (including Other sessions) under another folder. Confirm first — the agent reopens in the new cwd and does not reuse the old CLI session. Relative paths from the previous workspace may break.
- Chat-column bottom terminal and pane motion (#681): `⌘`` toggles a persist-mounted terminal under the chat. Sidebar / aside / settings / account-menu / project-list click-toggles interpolate instead of hard-cutting.
- Russian UI locale (#689): Settings language list and system-language detection include ru. Catalog is English-backed with translated overrides; tray / app menu follow the same locale.

- Project list collapse no longer snaps and leaves a leftover scrollbar (#694): Closing a project (or the L1 Projects chevron) paints the locked height, then interpolates to 0. The overlay thumb stays hidden while height is moving. Overflow is restored before the active chat scrolls into view. Open folders retarget the px lock when a chat is dropped in, so new rows are not clipped and the next close still interpolates.
- Pet context menu stays near the click: The menu opens at the right-click and only slides enough to stay on the visible work-area slice of the overlay (no jump to the mark or the window corner).
- Pet overlay no longer steals the workbench’s first click: The always-on-top pet window is not focusable (canBecomeKeyWindow = NO / WS_EX_NOACTIVATE). Tao show() still calls makeKeyAndOrderFront; if the overlay becomes key while the main window is visible, key is returned immediately so composer / list clicks land on the first press.
- Official login no longer breaks a working custom relay: After sign-in, Host kept calling ACP authenticate(cached_token) on custom-route processes. That RPC reads ~/.grok/auth.json, Grok Build then sends OIDC to the relay (HTTP 400 Incorrect API key / network card), and logout “fixed” it immediately. Custom routes now skip cached_token; login / account switch bind agent-home via prepare_route_auth_for_agent (official syncs, custom clears).
- History image chips no longer decode the full original (#692, #693): User-message paste thumbs use the same Host thumbnail path as assistant cards (#675). First paint stays empty until the ≤480px JPEG is ready, a live loopback src is not blanked on remount, and the <img> is no longer remounted on URL change. Long threads with screenshots no longer flash the window while a new reply streams.
- Live “思考中” timer no longer inherits another chat’s clock: A leftover turnStartedAt (or a later correction) used to stick at 50+ minutes, then jump to the real duration after remount. The live timer now follows this turn’s clock and will not start before the assistant bubble’s createdAt.
- New-chat first send no longer false-heals as “message never reached the agent”: Ghost-heal treated a leftover previous-session turn clock plus the __draft__ → real-id handoff as “Host idle, send finished”. The toast fired, the composer was restored, and the agent still ran the prompt. New chat now clears the clock; draft sends s

- DeepSeek balance probe: Host providers_balance calls GET https://api.deepseek.com/user/balance (Bearer key; amounts stay strings). Settings → Custom providers shows Check balance; active DeepSeek route shows 110.00 CNY on the sidebar footer and in UserMenu (5 min session cache, no invented zeros). Other providers unsupported for now (#534).
- Mark as unread: Session menu toggle uses existing unread storage; hold while the chat stays open so focus auto-clear does not wipe it instantly (#532).
Fixed
- Copy image to OS clipboard (Tauri): Chat / attachment / lightbox “Copy image” prefers Host clipboard_write_image_path for local files (disk → arboard, no WebView fetch), then clipboard_write_image for URLs, then browser ClipboardItem. Fixes silent no-ops when pasting into Feishu and other apps (#535, #536).
- Per-session composer drafts: Switching threads no longer drops a half-typed follow-up. Each real session keeps text / attachments / goal mode in localStorage (grok.composerSessionDrafts); restore on open, debounced persist while typing, clear on send or explicit clear. New-chat still uses the existing per-project buffer (#533).
- Right side pane closable (non-maximized): Sync-clamp aside width before paint, keep main top toggle while open, re-clamp window into the work area after grow, protect side chrome under narrow width (#532).
- Titlebar double-click maximize (mac): Enable maximize on all desktop hosts; mousedown(detail=2) fallback when drag regions swallow dblclick (#532).
