feat(Version): bump version to 2.180.0.230
1. - Prepare for new release with updated build number.
2. - Introduce crash handler breadcrumbs for better debugging.
3. - Optimize IO worker threads based on performance analysis.
4. - Enhance thumbnail panel sorting and caching logic.
5. - Improve directory window handling and sorting consistency.
6. - Refactor UIManager to handle active directory window more robustly.
7. - Update WorkerThread to reserve stack space for crash filters.
- Bump version number in Version.h from 1.70 to 1.80.
- Add CrashHandler.cpp and CrashHandler.h for new breadcrumb functionality.
- Modify CommandExecuter.cpp to include Platform/CrashHandler.h.
- Update Constants.h with IO_WORKER_THREADS definition.
