The most notable bug fixes in this build include:
- Fixed: Git commit description: blinking text [IDEA-284246]
- Fixed: "Run Git hooks" checkbox becomes disabled after the first Commit action, no Git pre-commit hooks are executed [IDEA-264817]
- Fixed: External diff tool settings are lost after IDE restart [IDEA-296696]
- Fixed: "Convert sprintf() call to concatenation" QF produces incorrect result in case value is complex expression (e.g. ternary) [WI-67197]
