• Composer：platform requirements in `composer.lock` (`php`, `php-*`, `hhvm`, `ext-*`, `lib-*`, `composer`, `composer-plugin-api` and `composer-runtime-api`) are no longer reported as versionless dependencies such as `comp+ext-mbstring$`. ([#1799](https://github.com/fossas/fossa-cli/pull/1799))
• NuGet：a `.csproj` (or other project file) is no longer analyzed when `obj/project.assets.json` exists beside it to avoid analyzing projects twice
