- vk_khr_pipeline_executable_properties is now enabled when available so gpu filter authors can inspect their compiled pipelines
- fixed gpu filters running at pcie speed on nvidia cards with resizable bar exposed, exportable gpu memory is never placed in host visible vram on discrete cards anymore
- fixed plugins defining vs_use_api_43 getting the deprecated vscolorrange constants with full and limited swapped
