Remio Host 2.2.2 — no more black screens after reconnecting, and
streaming on PCs that could never stream before.

- Fixed a black screen that lasted the whole session — connecting,
disconnecting, and connecting again could leave you staring at black
until you restarted the Host. Reconnecting now brings the screen up
every time.
- Fixed picture quality quietly degrading after a few reconnects — some
PCs gave up on the graphics card and switched to slower software video
for days. Remio now keeps using your graphics card.
- Privacy Mode no longer hides the screen from you too — only the screen
at your desk goes dark, and turning it off reliably restores it.
- Fixed unexpected quits while pairing and reconnecting.
- New: streams on older Windows 10 PCs and in remote-desktop and server
setups where Remio previously started but could never send a picture.
