AppSwitcher: äldre versioner att ladda ner

- Fix Packaged Apps with the executable in a subfolder (e.g. Claude Desktop) not being recognized as Packaged Apps
- Fix Packaged App paths in the configuration losing the executable's subfolder after an app update
- Automatically convert existing configuration entries for such apps from Win32 to Packaged App, even when they point to an old, already removed version
- Fix Stats page failing to load when opened before the first app switch of the day
- Other minor fixes and improvements

- Pass through unbound modifier+key combinations to Windows instead of suppressing them (e.g. Win+D shows the desktop when not assigned to any app)

- Fix scrollbar overlapping controls in Settings window General page
- Fix bug when stats were not reset on each new day when app is not restarted
- Add option to reorder apps in the settings

- Add small indicator for Productivity Streak section so it's more clear whether today's streak is completed or not
