SysManager 1.75.3: prenos za Windows

A drive that Windows itself reports as failing could still show a green 100% health score. Disk Health
would say "Drive is failing — back up now and replace it." on one line and 100% on the next, and the
Dashboard health score agreed with the 100%. If you have ever seen those two disagree, believe the
warning.
Fixed
- A failing drive can no longer report a healthy score. The percentage was worked out from wear,
temperature and error counts, and it only looked at Windows' own verdict when there were no such
readings at all. So a drive with normal wear and temperature scored 100 even when Windows had
flagged it as failing — which it does for problems those readings do not cover, such as
reallocated sectors or a predictive-failure warning from the drive itself. Windows' verdict is now a
ceiling: a drive it calls failing cannot score above 20, one it warns about cannot score above 60,
and a drive already scoring worse than that keeps the worse number. The Dashboard health score
follows the same rule, so the two tabs can no longer contradict each other.
- A drive we know nothing about no longer counts as perfect in the Dashboard score. It counts as
80, because no readings and no verdict is not the same as a clean bill of health.

Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.75.3.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
