Adds REPLICATE_WILD_DO_TABLE and REPLICATE_WILD_IGNORE_TABLE support for MySQL-to-Dolt binlog replication, including MySQL wildcard matching, precedence, case handling, validation, and SHOW REPLICA STATUS output.
Filter updates are applied atomically and synchronized with replica lifecycle operations.

Fix EXISTS subqueries containing inner joins nested inside outer joins incorrectly dropped matching rows. Correlated conditions on null-supplying side of an outer join are now preserved in place rather than hoisted.
- Add (JoinType) IsPreservedTable(childNum int) bool and unified usage with filterPushdownSelector.
- Add decorrelateSelector to stop decorrelation traversal from entering null-supplied join branches.
- Add decorrelateCondition to decorralate inner join filters alongside WHERE filters.

- 3842: Automate dependency bump approval and merge
Validate generated dependency bump PRs, approve the exact dependency-only commit, and enable squash auto-merge with a head-SHA guard. Disable auto-merge on superseded bumps before closing them, and standardize stale bump cleanup to close immediately unless marked keep-alive.

Adds parser and AST support for REPLICATE_WILD_DO_TABLE and REPLICATE_WILD_IGNORE_TABLE in CHANGE REPLICATION FILTER statements. Wildcard values are represented as ordered quoted-string lists, including support for explicitly empty lists.
Parser coverage includes multiple patterns, wildcard escapes, quotes, Unicode, empty lists, and rejection of unquoted patterns.
