Thermalyn: eldre versjoner og versjonshistorikk

What changed
- Settings now states that Thermalyn is free software under the GNU General Public License v3.0 and
carries no warranty, with a link to the source code for the running version. The notice is
translated into the four interface languages.
- Every source file carries an SPDX copyright and licence notice, so the terms travel with a file
that is read or copied outside the repository.

Which file do I download?

You only need one of the three.
Windows shows a reputation warning the first time, because the file is not code-signed:
choose More info, then Run anyway.
SHA256SUMS.txt lists the checksum of each file, if you want to confirm a download
arrived intact.

Checking that a file is genuine
Every executable carries a signed build provenance attestation. It proves the file was
produced by this repository's workflow, from this tag, and not modified since. With the
GitHub CLI:
