Card and section titles that some tabs drew larger now match the rest, and Ping's smallest labels are easier to
read. A card's title was drawn at 14, 15 or 16 points depending on the tab, and a few labels were as small as 9.
Each moves by a point or two; nothing else about them changes (#1634).

- Eighteen titles that were 15 or 16 points match the others at 14. The Dashboard's three card titles ("Why is
this PC slow?", "Tune-Up complete", "System Health Score"), Performance Mode's ten section headings, DNS & Hosts'
two cards, the Appearance popup, Windows Update's module notice and System Health's drive rows take the size 72
other titles already used. Performance Mode's headings were the only bold ones and are now semibold like the
rest.
- Ping's LATENCY, AVG, JITTER and LOSS labels are larger (9 → 11), in the same style as the labels over System
Health's readings, and Bulk Installer's "Installed" pill goes from 9 to 10.
- Display Profiles' current mode is drawn like the app's other small figures (15 → 16).
- System Health's drive readings, Battery Health's "no battery" message and the CLI tab's examples are set at
the size the app writes in (14 → 13), because the 14 they used is the heading size and would have made them bold.
- 57 other labels keep exactly their size, colour and weight; only where their size is defined moved, so the next
change to the scale reaches all of them.

This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is

Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.130.1.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
