Changes:
- Added Apple Silicon build (-arm64 for Silicon, -x86_64 for Intel). To enable that, Pyfa is built on a different builder, which can potentially affect all builds, not just macOS one.
Fixes:
- Saving character skills no longer purges them on next app relaunch (regrerssion from v2.69.0, #2806)
- Fixed stacking penalty calculation between cloaks and WCS' (#2805)
- Fixed rare crash related to heat calculations (#2810)
