修复
- 中文人名检测不再把「简洁」「边界」「项目规」这类普通词当成姓名打码：此前它们会把正文换成占位符，模型据此分析或改代码必然出错。
- Chinese name detection no longer masks ordinary words (common two-to-three-character terms) as personal names, which used to rewrite the text the model reads.
- 形如 hugging-face 的全小写英文复合词不再被当成人名打码。
- Lowercase English hyphenated words such as hugging-face are no longer masked as personal names.
- 出口复检不再对同一个长值在别处的重复出现逐条报「有残留」：本轮已判定为敏感值就全文一并遮盖。
- The egress recheck no longer reports a leftover for every repeat of the same long value: once a value is classified as sensitive this turn, every occurrence is masked.
- 修复长会话里语义识别被整段跳过的问题（已知值正向打码后坐标映射失同步），「检测不完整」告警相应减少。
- Fixed semantic detection being skipped entirely in long conversations (the offset map lost sync after known-value masking), which also cuts the "incomplete scan" warnings.
