GitHub CLI: instalasi senyap dan uninstall

Perintah untuk menginstal GitHub CLI tanpa dialog, menghapusnya kembali, dan mendeteksinya dari alat deployment. Perintah hanya ditampilkan jika pasti benar: berasal dari manifest atau dari parameter bawaan yang terdokumentasi untuk teknologi installer tersebut.
