- stream folded stacks during traversal
Unlimited-depth aggregate --stack retained every traversal node and emitted only
after walking, allowing memory to grow with entry count.
Write each exclusive-size line as its parent-first event is integrated and
retain only root accounting. Keep depth-limited mode unchanged because it must
roll hidden descendants into visible frames.
