The taskbar button now shows how far a long job has got. Start an SFC scan, a bulk install or a deep
cleanup, minimise the window, and the SysManager button on the taskbar fills up as the work progresses —
so "is it still going, or did it freeze?" no longer means restoring the window and finding the right tab.
That mattered more here than in most apps, because closing SysManager hides it to the tray instead of
quitting, so the taskbar was the only signal left and it showed nothing at all.

- Progress on the Windows taskbar button. Fed from whichever tab you have open: a percentage where the
tab knows one, a moving bar where it does not, and nothing when nothing is running. Both signals are used
deliberately — the three longest operations in the app (Deep Cleanup, File Shredder, Speed Test) report a
percentage while most tabs report only "working", so using one would have left the button blank exactly
where it is needed most.
- Blank rather than an empty bar when a job finishes, because an empty bar reads as "starting".

- The taskbar follows the tab you are looking at, and only that one. Two tabs can work at once and there
is no right way to pick a winner between them, so the button answers for the tab you are actually asking
about. It never builds a tab you have not opened just to ask what it is doing, which is what keeps
start-up as quick as it is.

This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.

This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.83.0.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
