dependencies bump, fixed clippy lints

A lot of refactoring was made by @mjc
-upgrade to clap v3
-futures is replaced with rayon
-pbr replaced with indicateif

Wow, a new release. Pretty much the only thing I have done here is to update dependencies.

This release updates futures, sha1, sha2 and blake2 dependencies.

Basically, a bump of BLAKE3 hash lol

Again trying to fix crates.io
As always please use MSVC builds

Added XXH32
Windows builds are compressed with UPX
Added code coverage, and wrote some tests
From this version all builds are built via GitHub actions.
Oh, and yeah after creating a tag, it will run automatic publishing to crates.io so you will receive update as well.
If you are on Windows, please use MSVC build.

This new release features a checking `filename - hash` and vice versa.
When it creates the hashes it will by default make two spaces between.
