Lataa Orca 1.4.173

Summary
SSH / remote-server reliability series since 1.4.169. If you skipped 1.4.170–1.4.172, this build includes the whole stack.
What broke / what we fixed (by theme):
- Remote terminals that would not reattach or stay live — truthful handle liveness, seed titles/previews from restore, attach never-activated daemon sessions, materialize the host surface on reconnect.
- Outages and flaky reconnect UX — stop error-toast floods and stuck panes after reconnect; stop remote tab titles / agent status flapping.
- Wedged SSH sessions — recover instead of staying “connected” on a dead multiplexer (“Multiplexer disposed”); preserve agent generation timeouts; let terminate reach abandoned remote PTYs.
- Rejected PTY frames killing the whole relay — explicit non-destructive owner admission, then targeted recovery for rejected deliveries instead of tearing down the channel (new in this line vs 1.4.171).
- 1.4.172 attempted the rejected-delivery fix but failed the release build; 1.4.173 adds the watcher isolation-gate fix so packaging can complete.
