### Breaking Changes

• **No default ICE servers anywhere — deployments are LAN-only out of the box.** liveion's `ice_servers` no longer falls back to `stun:stun.l.google.com:19302` when the key is omitted from the config file; the list is now empty unless configured, so WHIP/WHEP responses carry no `Link：...; rel="ice-server"` headers and browsers/CLI clients gather host candidates only. The livetwo library defaults (`PublishPeerOptions`, `WhepPeerOptions`, `ProbeConfig`) are empty too, the `iceserver` crate's `default_ice_servers()` / `default_rtc_ice_servers()` / `DEFAULT_ICE_SERVER_URL` helpers were removed, and the sample `conf/live777.toml` no longer enables the Google STUN server. Deployments that need STUN/TURN must configure `[[ice_servers]]` (liveion) or `[extra_ice]` (liveman) explicitly.

### Added

• The release pipeline now ships `live777-rpi` / `live777-rkmpp` Debian packages (arm64) alongside the native tarballs, packaged from the same `native-rpi` / `native-rkmpp` builds.

### Breaking Changes

• **The combined `live777` Docker image was renamed and split**：`ghcr.io/binbat/live777-server` now carries `live777` + `liveman`, and the new `ghcr.io/binbat/live777-client` is a self-contained FFmpeg + `whipinto` + `whepfrom` image. The old `ghcr.io/binbat/live777` image will no longer receive new tags — switch to `-server` / `-client`.

### Fixed

• Fixed the `live777` / `liveman` / `liveion` Docker image builds：the Dockerfiles built with `--all-features`, which since this cycle also selects `rsmpeg` (needs native FFmpeg dev libraries) and the `native-*` capture/encoder features (need libcamera/V4L2 headers) — none of which can build in a plain `rust:slim` stage. The Dockerfiles now build with the same explicit feature set as the release pipeline. (No Docker images were published for 0.10.0 as a result.)
• Release binaries and Docker images are now built with the `rtsp` feature, so the embedded RTSP server announced in 0.10.0 is actually present in the published artifacts.
