1.8.70 introduces KillerPDF's four-digit version numbering, hardens releases, repairs difficult PDF editing and saving cases, and polishes comparison, tabs, localization, and other interface behavior.

- Docked the comparison bar below the documents, connected it to the split divider, polished its accent-colored controls, and kept selected toolbar tools crisp.

- Hardened native library loading and release artifact verification.
- Preserved shapes and other annotations on retained pages when deleting PDF pages (#429).
- Preserved annotation position and orientation when saving PDFs whose page content leaves a transform active.
- Allowed PDFs with recursive Form XObject resources to be combined (#421).
- Kept text editing, selection feedback, and touchpad zoom reliable, including font changes, multiline entry, and region selection (#428).
- Restored split-view state and polished document tabs, flyouts, shortcut colors, footer and sidebar controls, and 98SE chrome.
