- 引擎：上游 target 变更后，接管连接池按新目标白名单自动换代，不再对配置内的合法目标返回 403。
Fixed
- Engine: when an upstream omits the closing chunk after [DONE], streaming requests no longer lose their restore record or get misreported as a client cancel.
- Engine: after an upstream target change, the takeover pool now rebuilds against the new target allowlist instead of rejecting configured targets with 403.
