✨ What's new
- The new onboarding experience, now on Windows. Neo walks you through setup in a short conversation. Pick your browser profile, choose the supported data to bring over, and follow the import into your cockpit.
- Watch your first task, then try it. The first-run cockpit shows your connected AI apps, an animated walkthrough, and a prompt to copy for your first task. Claude Cowork setup guidance is included.
- A simpler first launch. Browser sign-in and default-browser prompts no longer interrupt Neo's startup.

✨ What's new
- More reliable agent connections. Neo now sets up and repairs its skill and MCP connection for supported agents, including agents installed while Neo is already running. It also remembers when you disconnect an app.
- Control when agents ask for help. A new Ask for human help switch in Settings lets you turn off Neo's handoff prompts. When off, agents are instructed to explain what they need in their own chat instead.
- Recovery after failed updates. Fixed cases where a failed server update left agent connections unavailable after restarting Neo. Neo now retries failed starts and keeps checking for recovery updates.
- Clearer macOS updates. Updates downloaded in the background now show an update badge, and Relaunch to update applies the ready update.
- Ultrafast early access. You can now join the Ultrafast mode waitlist from Neo's cockpit.
Also improved: Fixed a crash when an agent opened a tab from a popup window, and made agent names on tab groups easier to recognize.

- Take over when your agent needs help. Neo now shows when an agent is waiting for you, takes you to the page that needs attention, and lets you hand control back with an optional note. Other agents can keep working while you help.
- More reliable browser connections. Improved recovery when Neo is running but an agent loses access to the browser. Agents can also reconnect to their existing tab group and continue where they left off.
- Downloads where you expect them. Agent downloads now use your browser's configured download folder, preserve existing files, and appear correctly in the browser's download list.
- Tasks are now Skills. Updated the Neo interface to use the Skills name.
- Chromium 155. Updated to Chromium 155.0.8059.26.
