• **Cloud database loading** — Opened database views while rows loaded in the background and reused downloaded rows when reopening. Added automatic recovery notices while waiting for a busy server, plus clearer load errors with retry and error-copying actions.

• Fixed missing or stale database rows during loading and restore recovery, and preserved visible rows while a refresh was still loading.
