- Fixed a crash in packaged applications opening 64-bit shell file dialogs, caused by the PsfRuntime64.dll bundled since 23.8
- Error when creating registry files while building certain MSIX packages
- Duplicate manifest validation errors in MSIX packages
- Failure to build imported MSIX packages
- Crash when saving imported MSIX packages
- Silent build failure when an MSI project contains a sparse package
- Copy to User Profile creating folders in the wrong location for predefined directories such as Application Data and Local Application Data
