Caveat
In order to run the unsigned DMG image on macOS with Apple Silicon(arm64) CPUs, the following workaround is helpful to bypass the macOS security limitation:
xattr -rc LibreCAD.app
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - LibreCAD.app
