Added the following variables to gam.cfg that were previously only available as command line options.
By executing gam config todrive_cellnumberformat text save you can prevent Google Sheets from
converting large numbers to scientific notation when todrive is used create/update a spreadsheet.

Set wrapping mode for cells

clip - Fields that are longer than the cell width will be clipped.
overflow - Fields that are longer than the cell width will be written in the next cell over,
so long as that cell is empty. If the next cell over is non-empty, this behaves the same as CLIP.
wrap - Fields that are longer than a line are wrapped at the character level rather than clipped.
