This update fixes error -22410 when installing and refreshing apps.

- Log in to iTunes
- Log out then back in to iTunes
- Leave iTunes running while AltServer is running
- Reinstall AltStore with AltServer

- Indefinite high CPU usage after enabling AltJIT
- Indefinite high CPU usage after updating AltStore
