Display scaling fix: on screens set to 150% scale (typical 14-inch laptops) the panel
squeezed enlarged text into unenlarged boxes. The panel, account rows, countdown ring and
the Add/Edit dialog now scale to the monitor's DPI, so the app looks right at any scale
setting. On displays above 100% the panel is slightly larger than before - that is the
corrected size.

Everything since 1.0.0:

- Live codes in the tray right-click menu - copy a code without opening the panel
- Import from Google Authenticator transfer QR images (otpauth-migration, multi-account)
- Optional live codes in the desktop right-click menu
- Fixed: launching TrayAuth while it was already running now reliably opens the panel
