- Propagate the Go 1.26 bump to the hard-coded Go pins (#2715) go.mod is now the single source of truth for the toolchain.
- Fix the duplicate-issue search in the release canary (#2716) unquoted parentheses in CVE(s) found were read as search grouping syntax, so the de-duplication guard matched nothing and filed a new issue twice a week. 17 duplicates resulted.
- Assert the annotation we set, not the total annotation count (#2717)
- Don't assert temp-dir cleanup on Windows in the registry buildpack test (#2722)
