CLion (EAP): Silent Install und Deinstallation

Befehle, um CLion (EAP) ohne Rückfragen zu installieren, wieder zu entfernen und in Verteilungswerkzeugen zu erkennen. Ein Befehl erscheint nur, wenn er feststeht: aus dem Manifest oder als dokumentierter Standard der jeweiligen Installer-Technik.
