变更
- 所有 provider 的 HTTP 状态错误统一携带 retry_after_s=；429/503 退避取服务器提示与本地指数下限的较大值。
- 后台刷新按余量和重置临近程度自适应缩短到 1 分钟；任一 provider 处于退避期时不加速。
- 额度身份守卫、凭据指纹、账号级刷新锁、OAuth 单 flow 与手动回调兜底补齐；Codex 登录框可直接粘贴回调链接。
- Codex/Copilot/Grok 的账号刷新在账号锁内重新载入，token 仍有效时复用，避免重复消费 refresh token。
- 设置里的旧 localShortcuts 迁移到 shortcutBindings，清空绑定不会被旧值复活。
修复
- Claude 过期窗口：已过重置时间的百分比行改为“等待刷新”，不再被 pace 读成 Ahead 或被 alerts 误报“将会用完”。
- 异常百分比：>101 或非有限值不再钳成 100% 满额，改为“不可用”，避免 epoch 级泄漏触发耗尽告警。
- Copilot JSONL 后备源：会话续跑时按累计值做差，只补增量，不再漏记第二次 shutdown 之后的用量。
- Kiro 403 / 凭据终态：只有撤销类错误才判“需重新登录”，泛化 401/403、代理、超时保持可恢复。
- 关于页更新态：检测到新版本时按钮高亮为“更新到 vX”，并显示可用版本行。
- i18n：三语 key、插值变量和品牌词 parity 纳入测试；修复 upstream.line 俄语缺变量。
- 发布门禁：CI 增加 concurrency；release 前置检查 tag、package.json 与 CHANGELOG 一致。

- 三皮肤适配：signal / ink / comic-pixel 增加新骨架的 .set-* 覆盖；设置卡片、分区标签、侧栏激活态和行分隔线跟随皮肤；Comic Pixel 资源包补齐字体与 manifest，可在工坊安装后直接选择。
- ZCode Start Plan：Start Plan 与各类赠送活动（周末、1024 Dev Day、模型试用）按同一机制展示，计划名稳定为 Start Plan (活动名)；无计划、已结束、未领取分别有明确状态。
- WorkBuddy 官方请求流水：WorkBuddy CN 卡片新增只读 Official requests (30d) 行，显示 30 天请求数与 credits 合计；不写 meter、不与 credit_history 相加，分页截断标 · partial。
- Gemini CLI 本地花费：读取 ~/.gemini/tmp/<project>/chats/session-*.json(l)，按官方 session schema 解析 cached/thoughts；cc-switch 已覆盖的日期优先，原生只补缺日，避免重复计费。
- 加密本地备份：设置 → 常规新增「加密备份」，可选择账号与登录令牌、密钥保险箱、偏好设置分别导出/导入。文件用 Argon2id + AES-256-GCM 加密，不含明文令牌；导入前预览新增/冲突数量，恢复按稳定身份合并，写入失败会回滚账号文件、系统凭据和保险箱。仅本机文件，不接 WebDAV 或云端。
- 授权中心身份与最近使用：账号行区分 Pane 托管、官方客户端本机登录和当前登录；显示最近使用与最近查询时间，并支持多选删除、按最近重置排序。
- ChatGPT 账号邮箱命名：Codex / ChatGPT 子账号默认以登录邮箱备注，重复登录态按稳定指纹合并，不再出现多个同名 "ChatGPT"。
- StepFun API Key 估算：没有网页会话时接受 API Key，只显示 token 与 Credits 估算（按官方人民币价目），不伪造余额条；网页会话仍显示真实 Step Plan。
变更
- 设置窗口：默认 980×700、最小 860×620，保留 panel-window.json 尺寸记忆；旧 index.html 设置 sheet 退役，控件集中到 src/settings/controls.ts，只保留一套设置 DOM。
- 额度趋势：只有百分比额度的 provider（MiniMax、Brave、Firecrawl 等）也能画出每日趋势，百分比按日高水位记录，不与 credits/tokens 混算。
- 皮肤兼容：设置骨架的激活态改用 --primary 并由皮肤决定强调色；旧 .st-block 外框在 skin 下置空，避免分区出现双层/三层边框。
修复
- 皮肤资源包拆包：signal / ink 的 CSS、图片与皮肤字体移出安装包，统一走官方资源包（skins/<id>/ 源 + zip/index）；工坊按 installed + remote index 展示，老选择通过索引自动迁移；图标图集改由 pack CSS 提供 URL，主题开场与分享 PNG 适配 pack 资产。皮肤插画压缩为 WebP（signal 10.3 MB → 1.5 MB，ink 4.1 MB → 0.95 MB），修复工坊预览里山水、锦鲤与信号背景图不显示的问题。
- 皮肤分享图：应用皮肤后分享卡片不再失败——图标图集内联改用单引号，避免 style 属性被 data URL 的双引号截断；分享快照只携带当前皮肤的样式，原生分享 SVG 从约 7 MB 降到 0.23 MB；signal / ink 的分享图均恢复并包含各自插画、图标与背景。
- 切换账号抖动：账号 tab 切换时保留点击卡片的位置与列表滚动，不再整页跳回顶部。
- ZCode / xfyun 口径：Start Plan 截止时间、缓存与领取状态按真实响应校验，不再把已过期计划当成可用，也不再凭空生成试用额度。
- 设置保存失败可见性：面板窗口写配置失败会弹出可见 toast，而不是只写进被隐藏的 footer。

- 已归档凭据重复添加：重新添加同一 API Key 时明确提示从归档恢复，不再在下一次刷新时被静默清掉；修改账号 Key 与旧按行号删除入口也会先退休旧 provider 来源。
- relay 账号旧身份恢复：relaybalance / sub2api 的元数据文件已被旧版本删除、但系统凭据库仍留有 provider Key 时，按 API Key 从现有账号恢复 baseUrl，并支持按 Key 退休旧来源，避免生成无 baseUrl 的默认副本。
- 迁移失败可见性：账号迁移失败会写入运行日志，不再完全静默。
- 账号备注与授权入口：账号备注统一写入跨窗口共享的显示备注；设置页改名后 Customize 立即同步；Codex / Grok / Copilot / Kiro / Windsurf / Trae / Zed 的登录统一跳到设置，避免第二套授权 UI；账号行图标按钮统一为 24px。
- 备注显示统一：账号显示名按稳定身份解析并兼容旧 @__default__ 备注；设置、Customize、主页账号胶囊、概览/到期详情、授权中心共用同一解析器；缺失名称回退为本地化“账号 N”，不再显示 hash / masked key；备注单行、最多 48 字符并统一省略；归档、删除、刷新不再清掉账号备注。
- 自定义看板与弹层：账号状态条居中；One/New API 删除后立即移除旧账号胶囊和快照；所有菜单、提示、引导气泡统一使用缩放感知定位，修复 CSS zoom 下弹层漂移。
